Connection settings

All,

I have a MDA III on TMobile UK and I would like to configure the connections as follows:

1) Use the wi-fi to connect to any wi-fi access point.
2) Use ActiveSync to connect to the internet when MDA is docked with my home pc.
2) Use GPRS (T-Mobile) to connect to the internet when I am away from home and the office
3) Use a proxy server to connect to the internet when at work.

Can anyone advise me on how to go about setting this up on my MDA III
I am using the following ROM:
