major problem with M5000!!!!!!!!!!

whenever i reset the device, the text message inbox, sent folder everything in it gets deleted....
i dont knw whats wrong..is it because it has not transferred it to the rom and is still in the ram when i reset? This is very worrying if i lose all my messages every time i soft reset

Normally it doesnt happen... but some time when there is any new messages comes or if you have any messages in your outbox while you reset they are getting deleted... but old messages stays...

Even though its not perfectly working well with messaging still thing happening with you is completely wrong... try Hard Reset once, do we have any other solutions?... I dont think so.
