Rom upgrading error

Hi, I was upgrading my rom wen an error ocorred and stop the process in the midle.Right now my xda dosen't work, I think that it dosen't have any rom in it.How do I fix this problem, is it possible?Many thanks.

Maybe you should try to flash from SD card. Search for description on this site.
