Problem with DOPOD 575 (SP3) when getting a phone call

Hi All,

I have Dopod 575 (which is similar to iMate SP3):

From time to time, when getting a phone call (phone ringing) , I phone get crazy and start blinking , show me on and off all the menus....

For some unknown reason , I get it only with few SIM card while
with others, I did not get this problem??

Since I have to work with a specific SIM Card (the one which give me the problem),Please advice how to solve the issue..

Details :

Device : Dopod 575 (I think is the same as iMate sp3 or sp3i)

mb you can do Hard Reset, but caution, this operations will delete ALL your data :)

Of course it's necessary to make backup. But phonebook wasn't destroyed by hard reset (both soft keys+power, then "0") on T-Mobile SDA (HTC Sonata).

Hard reset helps only for about 1 mounth!
Probably some bug.

New behavour during hard reset - all data destroyed. I hope problem with calls jornal will not appear in future. :)
