customize caller id

Is there anyway we can customize the caller id? i have already tried the pit too but im limited to whats inside the caller id box only. i mean something like what jgui phone profiles does so i can use my own customize image.

The Imate JAM comes with Photo Contacts to cover this problem, I thought most other Magicians also came with this software?
