Hi
Can any one help to recovery my sx56 which i screwed up in trying to install linux from xanduax home page. I tried to recover, but i don't see any display on the screen. i did a reset and did a test on device, all test says successfull. Looks like the way i recovered is not correct. Now i dont even remember that how i did, because i did some many different way by reading some many posts on the google. Please let me know if any encoutered this situation.

i downloaded rom from below link http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Wallaby_HT_GSMError
and followed all the steps as in the instructions. i dont see any display after the cold reset, but i can sync with my active sync and i can hear the startup sound in the background when i did cold reset. please let me know if i missed any steps.

Looks more like an harware error...

i did a harware test with hard reset and did a autotest on hardware, it shows all test are ok.

I had the same problem as srujang. I installed a new ROM and it's working fine now.

I tried to install with new rom version which downloaded from the stefan's recomended link, it give me error saying that "WARNING 001: POWER ADAPTER NOT PLUGGED IN" and Please plug the power adapter into your Pocket PC and exits out. But the plug was in the socket, i didn't understand why it says plug in the power adapter. Please let me know if any one encountered this type of error.
