camera help urgently reqd!!!

ppl i need help..
i d'loaded the latest software update for my o2 xda ii . im from india but i d'loaded the software update for uk and ireland...
does that make a diff ?
the prob is that the camera icon and function has totally disappeared from my cell.. even the camera button doesnt turn it on...
pleeez help me...sos... urgent!!!

first of all,if ur device is O2 XDAII then it's a himalaya,and ur posting in the wrong forum...
now,the camera software is located in the ext ROM,meaning in ms_.nbf file(unless it's a wm05,wich is not the case).
what u have 2 do is 2 go to the ftp and download an extROM file(ms_.nbf),or a complete shipped ROM,then use HimaUpgradeUt_noID.exe instead of HimaUpgradeUt.exe(also found on ftp),and reflash...u will have ur camera back...

thanks RAGOv ... but where do i get the said files from ... i know wat ftp is: file transfer protocol.. but wat is it exactlyy... file sharing?
