How set up SMS and GPRS?

Just got a Used Siemens SX56(in good condition), so I put my sim card, and the phone work perfectly but the SMS and GPRS do not work, I can´t found how to set up the GPRS.....please help me ...... the ROM is xda-developers special edition..

SMS is working now, but I still can not connect with GPRS...help please
