Mda pro (update, REALLY!!)

Sent my MDA Pro due to 1) dead pixel 2) cracking sound when the screen is turned 3) directional key on the screen failure

and was given back with a new MDA.

It was flashed with the latest update from T-Mobile (compared to lilliput's original t-mobile one :) ).

So, I think T-Mobile will relaese the update to public soon.

Not sure how soon, but if you can't wait, just sent yours to repair center for any of the 1-3 problems :P .

There is a rom update coming this month (I've been reliably informed by someone at work). But if we can get a rom dump before then it would be even better.

Does the new rom include the Pocket MSN features from the Jasjar version?

There's nought wrong with mine, and I reckon when you've got a goodun you'd best keep it. Replacement might have dead pixels etc!

Hmmmmm Well I havent experienced any of the problems that have been mentioned the only problem I have had is the signal being undiscoverable. Its an intermittent problem that fixes itself once it decides it has had enough soft resets - or a hard reset makes it real happy!
