New Version of ActiveSync version 4.1 final

I haven't noticed posts regarding the new version of AS. Microsoft released it two days ago. It should only be used for devices running WM5.
For me it more stable and faster, as far as i can see.
The download link at microsoft is:

(DO NOT INSTALL when using WM2003, thanx KTamas (but also read the replies below))

it is marked ActiveSync version 4.1

Note: DO NOT install AS4 if you have a WM2003SE or older device. Stay with AS3.8. ONLY install AS4 if you have a WM5 device!

It supports 2003SE and older yes, but it is still buggier than AS3.8 and you lose wifi sync for example.
