how to copy ext rom from device to pc??

hey there, does anyone know how i can copy the ext rom from o2 1.40 rom??

i have unlocked it, and un hide it, and now i want to copy it over, but it wont let me, i get an error saying cannot convert........

i dont want to convert, so i have unticked the convert option in the active sync options.

any help, would be muchly appreciated. 8)

i think i might have a problem with my Ext rom

whichever Rom i install on my device, it wont install the Ext rom, when i start my device after install, the first time i power up the device, the moment it should auto install all those cabs from the Ext rom, it comes up with 3 error windows.............
1] - contact flash manager (yes/no boxes to tap)
2] - calender flash manager (yes/no boxes to tap)
3] - task flash manager (yes/no boxes to tab)

now i seem to remember doing something with my Ext rom in order to run WM5.0 to work, but now i think my Ext rom space on my device is screwed.
can someone help me??? its buggered............ :?

and its ok now............. i just needed to resize and reinstall the ext rom..
