Sync Outlook Photo by ActiveSync 4.1

Hi all, anyone here can help to tell how can i sync the photo in Outlook contacts to my O2mini? As told in the description of Activesync 4.1 that it is a newly added feature.. Dont know whether it's only valid for WM5.0 device?
