Messenger...........need help and advice!!!

Hi All,

After signed on MSN messenger or even Agilemessenger for a couple hours, it will disconnect automatically.
I am currently using unlimited GPRS plan, GPRS keeps connected as long as i wished, however, the messengers dont.

For some personal reasons, i need my messenger signed on and connected throughout the night. Is it a setting issue or is there any suggestion how can i resolve this problem.

Do you by any chance have a messenger running on another computer at the same time?
Some DHCP servers has short lease times so that they do not run out of IP addresses. It could be possible that the one serving you is giving a different IP after a few hours.
