I finally got over error 85010014 and 85010017 and sku112.cab (no resolved yet, help welcome) I finally managed to connect AS 4.1 and have JJ synch my files, contacts, tasks, notes, etc. However, as I browse the files I noticed that on the PC WM_User_MyDocuments folder, all files (except pdf) had the pocket suffix. i.e. psw, pxl, etc. I tried the Advanced tools/Edit File Covnversion Settings to find out that there is no way to select XLS (PC) -> pxk (PPC) and pxl-> XLS, nor is ther DOC -> psw and psw -> doc. All I have is psw to rtf and vice versa. On excel it only allows pxl ->pxl. It gets worse! I copied a xls file to the WM_User diretory to see if it would convert? Nope, it sybched without conversion, putting a 0.6MB XLS file on my JJ! I can open it on my JJ, but when I tried on WM_UserMy documents directory, guess what? Yeah installer pops up asking for SKU112.CAB!
