BUT - have u actually received an O2 Exec, THEN tested it with anoother SIM and it proved to be locked;
OR are you just trying to 'pre-empt' such a situation?

As far as I know from reading this site and others, to-date no body has actually received a locked xda-Exec.... so you might be the first!! (ergo my aparent scepticism).
