Problem while changing ROM on K-Jam

I recently bought myself a K-Jam with norweigan language. I would like to have english language on mine, since most of the applications I'm using is in english, bu I'm having a problem installing a WWE ROM.

It doesn¨t matter witch ROM I try..I always get the error message:

ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID

...from the RUU.

Kan anyone help me get around this please, means alot. I'm stuck!

to upgrade my qtek 9100 withe the WWE I just need to syncronize and run the K-JAM_WWE_1010903_106_10110_ship.exe?

I don't want to go wrong with the execution steps, somewhere where I can find them?
