Hard reset sequence: Press ?
VoiceDial button + Camera button + soft reset. You will get a screen with 3 colored bars; at this screen, press the D-Pad UP.

where is "D-Pad UP" ?

the right Hard reset sequence:
VoiceDial button + communications button + soft reset. You will get a screen that prompt you press answer button
