Available Memory (ROM) too low!!

Guys,

Just bought a Qtek 8300 which I kind of find extremely slow.
I have also noticed, in the system info utility, that the available memory (ROM) is only 2.5 MB from a total of 17.95 MB...

I understand that the ROM is used for installed programs and docs but I truly haven't installed 14MB of programs yet and have almost zero docs saved.

Ok, just found where half of the storage went. There is a PIM file at the root, which is apparently where all outlook (calendar, contacts, todo, etc..) data are stored. That file was over 6MB.

I just changed the calendar sync option to only sync the past 3 months appointment and that file is now down to 4MB.
