MDA Vario (T-Mobile NL)

Hi all,

I will be buying my MDA Vario today.
It will have a T-Mobile NL rom on it.

What steps do I need to take to flash the rom?
(I'm not a n00b, I've had a o2 XDA II and still own a Magician but I do need a little help with the new phone :) )

I already found the network unlocker (lokiwiz) here and I will use it right away.
But what steps after that?

I managed to upgrade my device!
Was pretty simple after a good read :)

But my question still remains.
Whats the best (not customized) and last rom?

What are the version numbers?

OS + radio ?
