tomtom 5.21 on Universal

hello everyone...I downloaded tomtom v5.21 upgrade from the net. The installation went fine but didn't come with the maps. I downloaded the maps separately from the net.

But now I dont know where to place the maps and how to tell tomtom where the maps are..

tomtom wizard is working fine but when i run the tomtom Navigator it says.."No maps found, please install and activate an original TomTom Navigator 3 map first."

Please let me know how can i get it working.

People have been enquiring more and more about how to use warez on their handset which from what I've gathered isn't what this site is about.

Otherwise if they are "kosher" maps put them on your storage card root directory.

I bought mine but update to tt521 can't find Scandinavia-Map... Working just fine with tt5.00

I'm not sure the latest update (5.21) works with any maps other than GB and Benelux. This is what I have heard elsewhere, anyway, even though it sounds bizarre. Contact TomTom directly, ask them and then please let us know in this thread so we can help other people with the same problem. :D
