Speaker & Mic problem

Hi to all,
i've been using my jasjar for 3 months and yesterday speaker&mic stopped...
i can hear only ringtone... i tried hard reset & upgrading to the new wwe rom without luck...
if i use my jabra bt headset it works ok...
it simply stopped to work for both speaker and mic without any crash or so on...
anyone with the same problem? what i have to do right now? return to the seller?
