I have just written to Skype and Microsoft Portrait in regards to the HTC Universal's front-facing camera, and more importantly, the availability of the "common camera API" that is available on the Windows Mobile 5 SDK. Let's hope either one responds with some good news soon.
In the meantime, there's no other application out there that uses the camera except for ComVu's PocketCaster (www.comvu.com) and a couple shareware programs that utilize the Camera app to upload to an FTP server or something.

Looking forward to it!Thanks for the info, I can't wait to see it. This would be a nice gift to the US Uni users who can't make use of the built in video phone app.
