VGA-out and presentation solution?

Hi folks:

Is there a way to make presentations to a VGA projector out of the Universal? I remember Margi used to make an SD-based "presenter-to-go" and that has been discontinued. Are there any other options?

Dimensions are right, not a pretty solution but a functional one. its wider then needed for exec, but the right height.
