SMS transmission report after radio 1.13 upgrade

Hello,
I`ve got a problem. After I`m upgrading my Xda mini with the radio 1.13 upgrade, it`s the SMS transmisson report permanently on.
I only can in the option turn off the transmission report for everyone SMS.
How can I take on that the SMS transmission report is not permanently on?

this key: SMSDeliveryNotify 1 (0x000001)

an delete him.
thats the solution for your problem thinks I
You can then again with each message determine whether you a report would like or not
