hi, have a big problem, i was install software wich name i magic radio tuning on my mda compact(qtek s100). When i was winish with proces my mda is bloked! I was traing everything, soft reset, hard reset, i was poot him one day without baterry but nothing.eckran of mda is black and writes SERIAL v1.1 please help what I must to do? my mda is dead?! please help......tnks

What does the screen exactly show? is it black, or does it display an error??
Don't really understand what you mean - how about flashing new rom?

Your phone is stuck in bootloader mode. Do you have an .nb1 backup of your ROM? You could use that to reflash the phone.
