MIO 168rs need rom image

Although this form has nothing to do with MIO .. perhaps somebody could assist in finding a rom image of English mio168rs.. I have a CHT machine would like to flash it to English.

that post is 20 pages long on the 19th page i put down a link to the mio 168 rom (english) instructions on how to do it can also be found in that post this is the procedure :


1. To take a card SD and to empty it of any file. It is necessary that it is entirely empty!
2. To download the file, to decompress it and put it on the card (31.9 mb)
3. To insert the card in Mio168
4. To put on Off the button "Hardware Reset" at the back apparatus
5. To support it on small the joystick and simultaneously to put in ON position it button "Hardware Reset" at the back apparatus
6. To select it using the joystick the option N°1 (image update by SD-Card)
7. To support on the joystick and the procedure is launched.
8. To await the end of the procedure +/- 3min

please make sure your sdcard is formated as FAT16 else it wont work

Hi to all, excuseme for my poor English. :wink:
I have two Mio 168. My first Mio 168 have a italian Language and the second is a Mio 168RS with English Rom. I want to change Rom of my Mio 168 RS English. I know the procedure to write the new Rom but dont know how READ my italian Rom from my Mio 168 ITA. There's any software???? Thaks to all!!
