but here is an absolutely different result the apear to me .
before you post this rom, i have tried it myself. every step follows your instructions in "[Universal] - Decode and Encode NK.nbf" .
but when i have flashed the rom , the Dopod 900 stay deadly on the bootloader screen ... grrr... ohno...
after that , i got here again and found your new post, then, i downloaded the rom that you made for me ( of cource, an X'mas present for anybody else who encounters this problem, god bless you! ).
i try to find the different between the one you made and the one i done.
with my bare eye , i found what you give me lack some files. such as radio_.nbf , etc ..
but what will be the true reason that cause my Dopod 900 the reject me from entering the CE.... pls do me a favor again!...
ps : i flash the rom you made into that Dopod 900 twice, but the situation dose not any change ... i am sitting on a fire now ..

in my rom , i have the following files:
( originally from Xda_Exec_Upgrade_v113188.exe from the XDA ftp )

In fact, cause my dopod900 deadly stayed at the bootload and can't enter the OS is the way that after the dopod900 being flashed ...use my own ROM i made.
but as i has posted above....i have flashed my dopod900 use your ROM (that only NK.nbf exist),....and it does stayed deadly at the BOOTLOAD state ever...

Do i need to delete the radio.nb and m_.nbf in my own ROM and flash onto my deadly dopod900 again?

then, here is the report again:

Oh my GOD...I flash my own ROM (i have deleted ridio_.nbf adn ms_.nbf in it ) onto the dead dopod900 again and again.....but the way is no use!!!
the dopod900 Does stay dealy in the Serial mode!!!
Why?? Can you show me ,buzz? i want to know what reason cause it..

you can keep old extended rom , you also can make your own extended rom used extended rom unlocker to make your own,

Just upgrade use the DOWNLOAD files? Or I need do sth. else?

For the new extended Rom, how can I make it myself?

i have re-flash my dopod900 successfully now!!!!
i have find out the reson .
when my dopod is dead at Bootloader ....flash the Text CHT_ROM and succeed to enter OS..
then flash the CHT_ROM which buzz made onto it ..and then is Ok to enter.

IF i flash the CHT_ROM buzz made or my own ROM which i made onto the dopod while it is dead stay at the BOOTLoader , it can not be successful.

....Billion THX to BUzz.and guys who are the Best give me so much help.

i did the same thing and have the same error as yours. all you have to do is to download the extended rom and installed it you will be find. the extended rom can be found here in this forum.

the filw name is __ dpd900 ... extended rom
