Just insert a "p" to the desired place. You can use multiple "p"s for a longer pause.

?? exemple I want to dial :

0800 pause 123456

I create a contact with number 0800 p 123456
or 0800 "p" 123456

doI need the "" in between ? do I need space between P and number ?

thanks man

Without quotes:
0800p123456

Using spaces is up to you, they don't affect dialing.

Besides "p", you can also use "w", which presumably stands for "wait".

The difference is that while "p" pauses for about 0.5 seconds, "w" will pause indefinitely until you hit the green phone button. I use "w" for some of my dialing cards if I find it difficult to time the voice prompts exactly. :D
