delete the shortcut at Windows/Startup. Then do a soft reset, after that you can uninstall it from add/remove programs. thanks

I think clustered is on about uninstalling the O2UI crap that most people here strive to remove.
You have to remove the startup refence to O2UI and try removing the program, it will complain that several programs and files can't be removed. Just reset, rename all of these, reset and then you can delete them.
Hope this was of help, can't remember any more of this procedure as I haven't had to do it for the last 9 months at all.
Another way is to back up all your contacts and calender, hard reset your device. It will ask if you are a personal or corporate user, select corporate and enter the code 0506. This will stop the O2UI being installed leaving you to have to find the MMS, GPRS and other settings conveniantly located on this site somewhere.
The last option is to install a ROM with all the O2 crap already removed (stability here we come). This can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=35280
Good luck and Merry Christmas.
