Alright, see if you guys can reproduce this.

Have a program like SBP pocket plus on the today screen running where you can look at the PROGRAM memory, not storage memory.

Rotate the screen (use the icon at the bottom row or flip the screen). See if the memory drops each time you rotate.

My Jasjar drops .1-.2mb in program memory each time I rotate the screen. I have taken it down from 23 mb after a soft reset to 17 mb by simply rotating the screen.

This OS sucks.

Okay, you don't need SPB, just go to System -> memory and watch the memory drop as you rotate. I gotta investigate this more.

Hi!

I'm using the QTEK 9000 and I do NOT have SPB Plus on my system.

No problem with memory leak with rotation of screen. Only the first time I see a drop probably due to loading of the rotation after which everything's fine.

I suggest you remove your SPB Plus and test again

Yes you are right the problem must be other than Pocket Plus because I have pocket plus installed and see no memory leak no matter how many times I rotate the screen.

Kind Regards

seriously, fellas, the problem is journal bar. I took it off the today screen, and no further problems.

now to find a new weather program. spb weather works well, but for some reason it suddenly stop looking for cities (loses the scipts). any ideas why? anyone else have problems with spb weather?

You need to check your settings and go to "UPDATE" tab. You need to set "Expire current conditions after = 0" and "Expire images after = 0".

Happy Hollidays! :D :D :D
