I just tried it.. it is awesome....
to bad it's not free any more

This program will be much easier to use, if the PDA's screen is large..
using this program on a small screen like the magician's will be useless IMHO

Should be fairly easy to re write. Will try to investigate later!

You might want to try this, it's a commercial product, and as such it serves the purpose well.

http://www.aacompserv.com/AACompweb/PPCTablet/WhatIsIt.aspx

It has several predifined layout :a drawing tablet, touchpad, numeric pad, presentation controller, windows media controller. You can even create your own layout or modify existing one.

Yep, you should give it a try if you're bored one day or another. The trial works OK... I like the idea of using the XDA as a universal remote for the laptopo via the design mode but as a pure Graphical tablet the thing sucks. And aside from this I have trouble getting decent connections. Direct connections over ActiveSync (USB or Bluetooth) for some reason are the most dodgy. And if they work they are hopelessly sluggigh - i.e. a few pixels movement a second. If you get to work on this, lemme know. I might have the odd idea for a feature.
