Qtek 9000 help

I need help to upgrade qtek 9000. I had bought this pda three days ago. There is installed the german version of windows mobile 5.0 . How can i change the rom to have a english version? Cause i try to use the JasJAr WWE 11353 version of the Rom, but the program stop itself and write that the version of the rom is not correct. Where i can found the correct version for my qtek? How can i change the language, cause the software error is: Country ID error 120. Many thanks

You need to File MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to your problem
