How to Unlock MDA Compact II(Windows Mobile 5.0)

How can I unlock my MDA Compact II Phone??

Operating System: Windows Mobile 5.0(OS 5.1.70)
ROM Version: 1.12.2.21 GER
ExtROM Version1.12.02.106
Model Nr. PM200

I have already tried to unlock the phone with:

xdadev_all_unlock-v1.6.exe and xdadev_all_unlock-v1.5.exe but it didnt work....

LOG FILE:
xdadev_all_unlock started
device=PM200
could not find security key for device type PM200

you would need to use the lokiwiz app. It can be found in the wizard folder
