Qtek 2020: cannot make or receive calls!

As I told, cannot make or receive calls, but SMS and GPRS work properly. I have performed soft and hard reset, tryed with another SIM, but result was the same. Anybody has/had the same problem? Thank's!

Hello! My problem is similar but sometimes when I receive a call then I can make a call too, but other times I can´t receive or make any call. The problem is more regular
after I try to install a Pretec Wi-fi Card, without sucess.
I'm trying to find the 1.60 ROM update, to solve this problem, but I can't find yet.
