Whenever I send a text message out to someone I get a message from "System Administrator" with a little green icon with a check, basically telling me it successfully sent whatever message I sent out. I don't know if I am getting charged for it but I am sick of getting messaged. I know it's not my service provider "T-Mobile" because my friends don't have this problem at all. It's something with my ROM and I know it, I just don't know the setting I've looked everywhere. I use the DIAMOND ROM WM2003SE for XDA II.

maybe it's the delivery notification. it can be set off in the message options, just uncheck the "Request SMS text message delivery notification" checkbox. try it out, it might help.

Go to the registry and search for SMSDeliveryReport ....
this value should be to 1 in your device ....
Change it to 0 , soft-reset your device , and test to send a SMS
