How to upgrade with a T-Mobile Dutch rom with a .bin file

I have downloaded a T-Mobile Dutch Shipped Rom. It is a .bin file.

How can I upgrade my Qtek 9100 with this .bin file?

I tried some copy and paste work, but nothing works!
