can this phone be unlocked?

hi everyone wonder if you can help please i bought this phone off t mobile heres the phone on there website >

as you see its listed as the T-Mobile MDA Compact II

but in the device imformation on the phone itself the model is the pm 200

please can some 1 tell me if it can be unlocked and if so how ?.

hope i explained myself properley im new here i want to use my orange sim in this t mobile phone heres some details off my phone :

ok doesnt seem like theres any news , so i phoned tmobile and to my suprise they will unlock the phone for £15 after 1 month so seems like thats the way for me hope this helps people who have the same problem as me
