Is it possible to upgrade ONLY the radio version?

hey guys, i want to know if it's possible to upgrade the RADIO version without upgrading the ROM version of the Jasjar. My device is stable and i honestly dont want to mess around with it (it doesnt mean i dont wanna mess around with the radio though):lol:

How do i do this upgrade?

You have to download the ROM upgrade then unpack it, then copy radio.nbf to a directory and run the attached file, it will update your radio only.

Tell me if it worked. BTW, is your Universal English?

While trying to upgrade I did exactly this. My device came back with the original rom but with another radio version.

Jorgee apart from been in Spanish, ¿it's any advantage in that ROM 1.13.74 ESN or Extended 1.13.169 ESN? I'm with movistar...

I installed the new radion version 1.04.10, but I had to hardreset it and so I had to reinstall everything from scratch :roll:

Well, the ExtendedROM is very small, i already just posted it to the upload section.

So where'd you buy your JASJAR?

I cant seem to find ANY accrssories for the Qtek. I don't even have a screen protector .... a SIN in my book.

So what ROM version are you using?

I tried checking the websites you mentioned, bioth Mundopda and lacasadelgps don't have screen protectors for the Qtek 9000 or i might be wrong. Expansys shiopping is kinda expensive but i will buy from them if I don't find anywhere else to buy.

Anyone else tried the QTEK spanish ROM I uploaded? How's it's performance compared to the other English ROM's?
