I've emailed O2 support (O2datasupport@O2.com) to ask about a problem with my Exec losing email accounts.

Despite emailing them twice, waiting over a week, I've heard nothing from them - not even a confirmation that my mail was received, let alone a proper response.

What experiences have others had with O2 support? Is my experience typical, or have I been unlucky?

It all depends on who you get. I had a terrible time with them this morning, needing to speak to 3 different people before my problem was solved. One woman put me through to another department without even telling me.

I would email again as you usually get an automated response almost immidiately.

I have had no problems with O2 support, OK sometimes its best to demand tech support (depending on the question) as for your e-mails going missing they (02) have had some computer problems recently - last week, I spoke to them and they explained this - Mike

do u mean the normal O2 support, or the o2datasupport advertised at www.my-xda.com/ (http://www.my-xda.com/contact.html)

cos i've normally had very prompt responses from the regular O2 support, but they said I'd have to try O2datasupport@o2.com for specific problems with my Exec. and they're who i was talking about when i was saying that I never get any reply.

ah well, third time lucky - tried emailing them again this afternoon, i'll see what happens!
