I need the part that snaps on/off to cover the battery,

Perhaps order one from o2, then return it with your broken back within the 14 day money back period?

Is that immoral?

I am sorely tempted. However, this is the second phone I have had (because the tariff was wrong, they needed to swap the phone AS WELL as the SIM card!) I think they will get suspicious.

And also, the other battery cover isn't broken, it was last seen bouncing across a club floor at 4am and is totally lost!
