can not view web page on spv m5000

Trying to view a website www.premierbet.com on my m5000, but the website can only be view with IE5 or above, anyway to do this?

I don't have java installed, just using the standard internet explorer with pocket pc5.
I been told there are a software to fool the website to think i am using a internet explorer 6 for my m5000. if so anyone have this ?
