I cant understand the DEVICEDATA.TXT [Archive]

I tried to upgrade my rom 1.11 to 1.12 in french on my Qtek S100 but I cant because an error of country id appears. so I tried to use rom editor but it asks for a pssword, and the most important is that when I use the file GetDeviceData.exe I find different order than that you have mentioned here in the file DeviceData.txt

anyone knows the solutions please !!!

I upgraded my Qtek S100 to 1.13 and its going very well now. :D
