yeh what now? any chance you could ask again a bit more legibly?
In answer to one of your problems (that i could see) user/password for FTP is xda/xda
The FTP site for the wallaby can be found HERE (ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Wallaby/). If you can't getto that, make sure that Port 21 isn't blocked on your router/firewall.

Without meaning to be rude, Malaikah, it seems you're new to this site, the inner workings of your Wallaby and Internet etiquette or 'netiquette'. I strongly suggest that you browse around the forums and read up on past posts, using the search feature if you need to (it seems you might need to as you're asking questions that have been addressed before here). Many people see this forum as a way to help others to help themselves rather than spoon-feeding people instructions (that's what instruction manuals and Google are for!). People who participate in this great online community do so in their own free time and do so without payment so they don't have to help anyone. If you were sitting in a bar and a complete stranger came in and said 'You have to help me fix this now, for free', dumps the device on your table then leaves without saying anything else, I don't think you'd be too pleased, I know I wouldn't!
Check out the top thread here regarding some basic guidelines users of this forum should follow. Last but not least, have a look through the Wiki - there is a wealth of information about the Wallaby there, ROM versions and so on. I'd suggest that you don't even THINK about touching the radio stack on your Wallaby if you're at all unsure about what you're doing.
Sorry to rant on but I'm sure with a little digging, Googling and effort on your part, you'll work out solutions to your Wallaby issues. Self-help is the buzz-word of the day!
Regards,
Neil.
