Multiple calendars

Hi All

In outlook 2K3, I can share (and view) multiple calendars. Any ideas how to do this on a mobile device? It only shows me my default calendar, and I need to see my wifes, cos that's the one with all the family appointments in it, and if sync that with her machine, I don't get MY contacts and emails....... :(
