Thanks for your enquiry.

Our MHF-R220BT does not have the internal memory.
Therefore, MHF-R220BT uses the voice-dialing feature from the phone. The
user must set up the voice-dialing feature in the phone first.

Per our instruction, press the SEND button for two seconds and then announce
the name of the contact after hearing the beep.

As far as we know, you should not have a problem using the voice-dialing
feature with the QTEK9100 phone.
