where can I download Windows Mobile 2003 (Latest Version)?

I reformated the EXTENDED ROM in my XDA II. where can i find the program originally include in EXTENDED ROM? i hard reset my phone and then the OS appeared was i think the least version of windows mobile, and there is no program for camera. I just need the installer xdajojo.

Or just use the link in my signature.... Although this is a complete upgrade with new os. But everything works perfect on my XDAII.
