SPEAKER ALWAYS ON!! PLS HELPPPP

hey I upgraded to the latest rom for improvements with my Camera.... (my camera was very bad.. couldn't take clear pics at nite.. had to be in broad day lite... O2 claims 1.3MP but all the pics are pretty blury nite or day)... anyway after the upgrade camera is still as S* as it was before the upgrade... but the new problem is that my phone doesn't hang up at times.... i read few other forums about peolple reporting the same problem... but noone seems to give any suggestion to remove it or may be degrade to the last rom.... pls ADVICE...

i forgot to mention that after the rom upgrade i even downloaded microsoft voice command software.... does it have anything to do with it.

sayadil: given you've wasted pretty much the cost of the phone, why not just hard reset and try again? VC has the freaky ability to switch on the rear speaker, so I hear, so that's very likely something to do with it.

Try VJOkButt with -phone and see if that helps. That bugger ends calls we don't even want it to it seems :)

hey i tried doing everything. I recently Removed VC and i even did the restart.. hard reset... same problem.. can't hang up on few calls.. then i have to manually change the radio to off and then back on for it to work... pls some one help as this problem is getting so annoying...

hey i got that working with the same progrm.. thanks... i don't know if you read my thread ... but i'm having a big big problem... my phone sometimes doesnt hang up a call... i mean i press the red off button and it seems like the call is off... but call is still on.. my recent bill was over $500 And this problem started when i upgraded my rom from 1.10 to 1.11 original O2 rom version. I even downloaded Microsoft Voice command with the new rom. So one of the person told me to remove VC coz it had lot of bugs... after doing that... i still had the problem... so what i did was.. i installed a new rom version 1.13 (imate) and hard reset the whole phone... and guess what? i still have the problem.. now i'm thinking may be there's a file in my phone which is causing all this.. may be by restoring the windows mobile 2k3 something changes... but dont know how to reload the windows. pls help coz this is very disturbing....

Did you also try to solve it by changing the radio version (1.11 , 1.12 , 1.13) not only the rom version ???

hey yeah both the ROM as well as Radio Version... does anyone know how to restore windows mobile to the factory ... pls help out its a big problem... thanks

Press and hold Power button+Camera button and at the same time press with the stick at the soft reset hole.
