Help...automatic install after upgrading can't work!!!

Like this title........PLEASE HELP ME....
im trying to upgrade my XDA II from 2003SE version 2.00 to 2.20 but my EXTENDED ROM can not istalled automaticly.......why???
in one folder is:
nk.nbf
ms.nbf
himaclearjump.exe
himagetdevice.exe
xda2nbftools.exe
himaupgrade.exe
it's right or wrong???now my XDA after hardreset FREEZING!!must soft reset an working again but still...my EXTENDED ROM cannot installed automaticly....please....once again....HELP ME.....

Assuming you have flashed your ExtRom,
why don't you use ShowExtendedRom program and install the .cabs manually?
