Newbie request help...Can't hear voice on Mini..

HI guys.. need some help here..

got a question... Received a call but couldn't hear the caller voice, but the caller could hear me...

If I make a call, I can't hear the person that I'm calling... If I put on speakerphone, got voice coming out... when I connect to my BT 602, I could hear the voice, but not on my set...
