How do I add voice tags to the contacts in the Qtek 8310?

Im used to have it but I have sold mine now and I shall help a friend to install it, pls help me!

And is tere a limit in how many contacts I can "tag"?

1.press: contacts
2.select/open the contact you want to add a voice entry
3.press menu: select add voice tag
